By accessing RSCH services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18+ and legally authorized to enter this agreement.

If using on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.

Use services only on systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test.

Stay within defined scope and rules of engagement for any pentest engagement.

Follow responsible disclosure — report findings to affected parties through proper channels.

Comply with CFAA, Computer Misuse Act, and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.

Unauthorized scanning, probing, or exploitation of any third-party systems.

Developing or distributing malware, ransomware, or destructive tools.

Reverse engineering proprietary components of the platform.

Reselling or sublicensing the services without written consent.

Using services in violation of export control laws or sanctions.

Impersonating RSCH staff or other users.

Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Report unauthorized access immediately to security@rsch.io.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit abuse patterns.

Platform software, AI models, and databases are owned by RSCH or its licensors.

Open-source components are licensed under Apache 2.0 or MIT — their licenses govern.

You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant RSCH a license to use it in anonymized form to improve threat intelligence.

Free tier (labs.rsch.io tools) is available with no commitment.

Paid plans are billed in advance; fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of current billing period.

30 days notice before any price changes.

Services provided "as is" — no warranty of uninterrupted service or complete vulnerability detection.

RSCH is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability capped at the greater of fees paid in prior 12 months or $100.

You indemnify RSCH against claims arising from your unauthorized or illegal use.

Governed by laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Disputes resolved by binding JAMS arbitration — individual basis only (no class actions).

Material changes notified 14 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance.
